2.1 Product Description: WoW Studio+ is an online course that provides unlimited access to video lessons, resources, and the community.

The course is available for a one-time payment or a monthly split payment plan.

This is not a subscription and cannot be canceled mid-term.

By selecting the monthly plan, you commit to completing all payments.

Payments are handled through a secure third-party processor. We do not store your payment details.

Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect purchases already made.

In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to charge your card up to three times within 10 days.

If payment remains unpaid after 30 days, your account may be suspended or permanently revoked until the outstanding balance is paid.

Refunds are available within the first 30 days if less than 3 lessons have been watched and no digital resources have been downloaded.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to daria@wonder-wardrobe.com.

2.5 Access and Behavior:

Users receive unlimited access to the course materials upon full payment.

We reserve the right to terminate access if you violate community guidelines or engage in behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the community.

3.2 Pricing and Payment:

Style Sessions are available for a one-time payment.

Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect purchases already made.

3.3 Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of digital tutorials, refunds are not available for Style Sessions.

3.4 Access and Behavior:

Users receive lifetime access to purchased tutorials.

We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if you violate community guidelines or engage in inappropriate behavior.

Treat other users with respect and courtesy.

Refrain from posting harmful, abusive, or offensive content.

Avoid sharing or redistributing course materials or digital resources.

5.2 Violation of these guidelines may result in:

Temporary suspension of access.

Permanent termination of access without refund.

Technical failures beyond our control.

Loss of data or interruptions in access.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

8.2 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
